Alex and Stewart had one simple brief for me. “keep it natural, nothing too posey”. Simple. I loved this wedding. It was all about just what a wedding should be about, simply getting married whilst surrounded by your closest family and friends.
The day started at St. Laurence Church in Ingatestone. Stewart arrived first, leading the way for the rest of his guests who were following closely. They all started to take their seats just as Alex was arriving outside with her family. Pretty soon, Stewart was at the front of the church, and we had a bride making her way up the aisle…
The ceremony went without a hitch, and we had two newlyweds making their way up the aisle to a Biggie tune. Legends!
After spending some time with guests and chucking some confetti around, all the guests and the happy couple started to make their way up the road to the Leather Bottle pub for the reception and dinner. We grabbed a few quick snaps of the happy couple, just a few walking shots to keep it simple, on the way to the pub.
The rest of the afternoon was spent chilling and chatting with friends and family, some speeches, and a few more quick snaps on the road outside. I left the happy couple to it to enjoy the rest of their evening. I really loved this wedding, and I couldn’t have asked for a lovelier couple to work with!
Big congrats, guys!
