It was Emma and Lee’s big day! Yet another wedding that had been postponed, but here we were! Emma and Lee had decided that no matter what the restrictions may or may not have been, they wanted to get married and they were going for it!
My day started with Emma and her bridesmaids (and one brides man!) at Braxted Park. There was no major nerves flying about, and only one minor dress malfunction… but we got there in the end! Meanwhile, Lee and the boys were getting suited and booted and heading for the ceremony.
The sun was shining, which meant my first outdoor ceremony this year! Everything went without a hitch, and these two were beaming! Finally married, they walked back up the aisle as husband and wife and got absolutely covered in confetti.
After some canapés and a bit of time with guests, we went for a wander around the amazing grounds of Braxted Park. There’s so much to work with, it really is a stunning venue. We made the most of everything the venue has to offer before heading back to the guests to jump straight into group shots. Pretty soon it was time to head in for dinner, stopping for one or two more pics on the way. Speeches were up next, short and sweet but no less special.
After dinner, everyone had some time to chill and grab a beer before the dance floor opened for the first dance. After a quick cake cut, the dance floor was open for Emma and Lee to come and bust some shapes!
Meanwhile, outside the sun was setting and giving us the most amazing sunset! I went and grabbed the happy couple for a few more snaps to make the most of the amazing light. After a few more snaps, including a great sparkler tunnel, I left these guys to it. It was an amazing day and I was so glad to be part of it. Emma and Lee were so great to photograph and it was great to be back at Braxted too.
Big congrats guys!
