Here we go then! It was finally time for Hetty and Ollie’s big day, and boy oh boy this one was a banger! When I first met these guys they said they’d love their big day to look like Italy, and despite the weather keeping us on our toes, we didn’t do too badly!
From prep in the morning through till the end of the night, these guys brought the vibe and big energy. The day started at Eastwell Manor with the girls in bridal prep where everyone was getting ready, meanwhile the boys were nearby getting suited and booted. The weather was all over the place, and with a last minute decision to keep the ceremony inside, all that was left was for Hetty to jump into her dress and head downstairs…
The ceremony was one of my all time favourites. There were happy tears, a groomsman with a bumbag full of confetti, some surprise witnesses, and these two looking bloody amazing as well. I’m a big fan of a veil over the brides face. It’s not for everyone, but I always like it. It gives you the option of a second look/style as a bride…and it’s your wedding day, so why not make the most of it?! And Hetty pulled it off big time!
Once they’d slapped the rings on they were making their way back up the aisle, beaming from ear to ear, and even chucking a cheeky dip and kiss in there as well. After throwing the confetti, smashing out a few group shots, and then spending some time with guests, we whisked the couple away for a few snaps before dinner. The last thing Hetty said before we went off for some snaps was “can we get some pics of us relaxed and having fun?” YES WE CAN HETTY. These are some of my favourite snaps from the day, these two just chilling out in their room, having a laugh, and looking banging at the same time.
We were soon heading in for dinner and speeches, but this was never gonna be a chilled out dinner and speeches. There was singing, dancing, and biiiiggg party vibes throughout. And this pretty much continued all night! After a few more evening snaps, we made our way back to the crowds to cut the cake, do the first dance, pour a big old champagne tower and then dance the night away.
This was such a great day, with two of the loveliest people. Their Italian dream came true, we just happened to be somewhere in Kent. Thanks so much for having me guys!
